THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. HANDOFF MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HANDOFF, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

8. Termination

Handoff may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we provide will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Handoff operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
